Verification (KYC)
One upload, done once. Verification protects your account, protects payouts from being redirected, and is legally required of any platform that moves money.
What you need
| Item | Requirements |
| Identity document | National ID, passport or driving licence. All four corners visible, not cropped, no glare, unexpired. |
| Selfie | Face clearly lit, no hat or sunglasses, holding the same document in the same frame where asked. |
| Details match | The name on the account, the document and your payout number must be the same person. |
Format: JPG or PNG. Upload the original photo from your phone - screenshots of screenshots, heavy filters and photocopies of photocopies are the most common rejection cause.
How to submit
- Sign in and open Account → Verification.
- Select document type and upload the front (and back where shown).
- Take the selfie in the app when prompted.
- Submit. Status shows pending until reviewed.
How long: usually minutes during working hours, up to a few hours when the queue is busy. You are notified either way, with the reason if rejected.
Why it is required
- Payout protection. It stops someone who guesses your password from withdrawing to their own number.
- Anti-money-laundering rules. Platforms that move money are required to know who their customers are.
- Under-age prevention. Accounts are 18+ only.
- Account recovery. A verified identity is what makes recovery possible if you lose access.
Why submissions get rejected
- Blur, glare, dark photo or a corner of the document cut off.
- Expired document.
- Name mismatch between account, document and payout destination.
- A photo of a screen instead of the document itself.
- Someone else's document, or a manipulated image.
Rejection is not a ban - fix the issue and resubmit. Repeated submissions with altered documents do get accounts closed.
How your data is stored
- ID images are stored outside the public web folder - they cannot be opened with a link.
- Files are re-encoded on upload, which strips embedded code from disguised files, and served only to authorised reviewers.
- Access is logged and limited to verification staff, not to other users and not to marketing.
- You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time; some records must be retained where the law requires it. Detail in the privacy policy.
Changing your details later
Name and date of birth cannot be self-edited once verified - that is deliberate, since those are the fields fraud relies on. Contact in-app support with documentation and it is corrected manually.
