The minimum deposit is 5 USD, converted at the platform rate (about 128 KES to the dollar). Here is what to expect from each method.

Payment methods

Card (Visa / Mastercard)Instant to a few minutesThe card must be in your own name. A 3-D Secure prompt may appear - approve it.
Crypto (BTC / USDT)Minutes, depending on networkSend only on the network address shown. A wrong-network transfer is unrecoverable.
Bank / Apple PayWhere enabled, minutes to one business dayAvailability differs by country; the deposit screen only shows methods open to you.
What appears on your deposit screen is the final word on what is enabled in your country right now. If a method is missing, it is not available for your account yet.

How to deposit

  1. Sign in and open Deposit.
  2. Choose the method, enter the amount (5 USD minimum) and confirm.
  3. Complete the prompt: approve the STK push on your phone, enter the 3-D Secure code for a card, or send the crypto to the address shown.
  4. Wait for the confirmation screen. Balanced is credited after the provider confirms.

Deposit arrived late or not at all?

  1. Wait 5 minutes. Provider confirmations queue during busy hours.
  2. Check you paid the details shown in the app - a stale STK prompt or an old address sends money to the wrong place.
  3. Check the transaction history on your provider (M-Pesa message, bank app, wallet). If the money left your side, the reference number is what support needs.
  4. Open in-app support and send: the amount, the method, the provider reference (e.g. the M-Pesa code) and the time. That combination gets it found in one pass.

Deposits paid from a number or card that is not yours, or reversed by the provider, are returned to source minus provider charges.
