The five things that trip up new accounts
- Withdrawing before verifying. Verification must be approved before a payout can be processed.
- Depositing from someone else's number. The account holder's own mobile money or card must be used.
- Trading the live balance first. Practise on the free demo account until the interface is familiar.
- Chasing losses. Increasing stake size after a loss is the fastest way to empty an account.
- Multiple accounts. One person, one account. Duplicates are closed and balances are frozen.
